We’re a Gauteng-based trailer manufacturer. We build to order, treat every customer as a collaborator, and refuse to sell you a trailer that doesn’t fit the way you actually work.

Off-the-shelf trailers never quite fit. A game lodge doesn’t need what a plumber needs. A farmer moving cattle needs something completely different to a dealership moving cars. Yet almost every trailer manufacturer builds to stock and lets you pick from what happens to be on the lot.
Black Horn was founded to flip that model. Every trailer we build starts with a conversation about what you actually move, how often, and under what conditions. Then we build to those specifications, in our own Gauteng workshop, using high-quality South African steel.

Every trailer starts with your load, your route, your daily reality. No two builds are the same. If you need a stock trailer, we’re not the right fit — and we’ll tell you so honestly.
SOUTH AFRICAN STEEL
Local steel, welded in a local workshop, by local hands. It’s tougher, more accountable, and it keeps the money circulating where our clients live and work.
PARTNER, NOT SELLER
Buying a trailer from us shouldn’t feel like buying a fridge. You’ll deal with the same people through the whole build — and we’d rather turn a job down than sell you the wrong unit.

Our workshop isn’t a showroom. It’s where every Black Horn trailer takes shape, from raw steel to road-legal delivery. Every welder, every fabricator, every finisher on our team has hands in every job — because that’s how quality gets built and kept.
